Private Residence in St. Petersburg, Florida

This project began as a custom home in 2017 with a tear down of a mid century home. The owners wanted to build a completely custom, state of the art new home with solid construction that would withstand hurricanes.  Original design by Leslie Gross, including architectural design and interior design.
