This Mid-Century Modern home was built by James Kasper and his team at Kasper Modern. The homeowner carefully designed every part of this home to assist with "Age in Place" design, which seems to be a new trend in residential construction. I enjoyed helping this client every step of the way from drawings through to the final accessories and area rugs.

Moody Modern Muse in St. Petersburg, Florida
This custom new home built by Kasper Modern, was carefully planned by the owner, so that she could showcase her collection of art, and would allow her to age in place with special accommodations like the glass shower door in her shower being wide enough for wheelchair access, and easy entry into the lap pool. Everything is on one level, and there is a Pool House, which serves as a perfect guest retreat. The home is fully automated, has a generator, and a rolling gate for complete privacy and security. I assisted the client from the initial drawings, through the design phase, on site weekly review during construction, furniture installation and finally, accessories and artwork installation.
