Old NE Complete Transformation
Located just steps from Northshore Park in St. Petersburg's Historic Old Northeast neighborhood, this complete interior and exterior renovation transformed a dated Mediterranean residence into a warm, timeless Florida home.
The project included a comprehensive redesign of the home's architecture, floor plan, kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, exterior finishes, and landscape. Original elements that no longer served the homeowners were removed, while new architectural details, custom cabinetry, curated interiors, and lush tropical landscaping were introduced to create a home that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
The result is a seamless blend of historic neighborhood character, modern functionality, and relaxed Florida living.
