This expansive 3500 sf condo on Treasure Island was completely renovated, opening up the entry with views of the beach beyond. The kitchen and breakfast room were reimagined to connect with the living space. Ceilings were raised were feasible to allow a clean finished look with less obstructions.

This fully renovated beachfront condo was designed to effortlessly entertain three generations of family who have gathered here from Georgia for the past two decades. Warm wood floors set the foundation for a calm, inviting atmosphere, while a palette of serene blues and greens reflects the Gulf's natural beauty. Accents of coral add vibrancy, bring a fresh, sophisticated energy to the space. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a comfortable yet stylish retreat where family and friends can gather, unwind, and make lasting memories.
